Another round of meeting this week with Dato' Mohd Khay the Founder and Group Managing Director of Zikay Group at his 5 Stars hotel at Kuala Lumpur.
Zikay Group developed the Mines Resort & Golf Club, Bukit Beruntung Golf and Country Resort and several 5 stars hotels and hospitals at Kuala Lumpur.
Discussion with him on how Blockchain and IOT Technology can enhance the tourism and hotel industry. Blockchain Academy Asia will provide training courses for his top management for Blockchain Technology awareness for Business Track.
We also discussed on the possibility of collaboration to develop smart city with blockchain technology and IoT as integral part of Technology 4.0 adoption in housing development.
He gave me 4 tips to have successful achievements:-
1. Being conscious of Allah.
2. Constant Istigfhar.
3. Showing gratitude to Allah.
4. Must give charity everyday.
He started as property developer since 30 years ago. And advised me to work hard and never bother to any negative words and to have friends only with positive people.
